Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Board of Directors will be convened on Thursday, May 4, 2006, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., at the main Hillside reservoir, on Lookout Drive, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, for the purpose of considering the following items of business:

1. Neighborhood meeting to discuss new Hillside reservoir.
