Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Board of Directors will be convened on Friday, July 14, 2006, at the hour of 12:00 (noon), at the office of North Kootenai Water District, 1841 W. Hayden Avenue, Hayden, Idaho, for the purpose of considering the following items of business:

 

 

1.         Water Rates

2.         Joint Powers Agreement with Hayden Lake Recreational Water & Sewer Dist.

3.         U.S. Bank Interim Financing for HHOA Project

4.         QLPE Form Document for Developers
