Written comments:  Joe Williams, 4126 E Upper Hayden Lake Rd – Against formation of L.I.D. 

District Bond Attorney and District Engineer answered many procedural questions from audience.

No oral comments.

Public Hearing closed at 1:25 p.m.

Approve Ordinance #06-01 forming HHOA L.I.D.

Director Berger – motion, Director Moore – second.

Approved unanimously by those present.
