BOARD SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

A. Call To Order/Roll Call

Meeting called to order at 1:30 p.m. by President Davis.

Present: Jack Berger, Director/Vice President

Tom Crimmins, Director

Linda Davis, Director/President

Richard Fairhurst, Director/Secretary

Maimie Moore, Director

Staff Present: Bob Covington, District Attorney

Phil Boyd, District Engineer

Mike Galante, District Manager

Necia Maiani, Welch Comer Engineering

Visitors: None

B. Agenda Items:

1. NKWD Proposal to Leisure Park Home Owners Association:

Discussed need for improvements to GTE system for Wal-Mart, Honeysuckle Glade, Prairie Village, Eborall Condo’s, and Leisure Park.

Adopt Option 1 – Improvements to existing GTE system excluding new well pump. Including new motor on fire pump, new domestic pump, and, new 300K storage tank.

Director Crimmins – motion, Director Moore – second.

Approved unanimously.

Leisure Park – transfer assets to NKWD and bill Leisure Park individually through master meter, plus possibly $7.00 per month, per customer, for future individual meters through future L.I.D.

Director Moore left meeting at 3:30 p.m.

Director Berger – motion, Director Crimmins – second.

Approved unanimously by those present.

Eborall Development – send standard Conditional Will Serve letter.
