JOINT MEETING WITH HAYDEN LAKE RECREATIONAL WATER & SEWER DISTRICT

1. Call To Order/Roll Call

Meeting called to order at 10:30 a.m. by Vice President Berger.

HLRW&SD:

Present: Gerry House, Chairman

2. Possible NKWD Take-Over of the Hayden Haven/Gem Shores Water System:

Reviewed newsletter – make suggested changes and send out six weeks prior to 06/28/07 meeting.

3. General Water and Sewer Coordination in Rimrock Area:

HLRW&SD unwilling to serve any properties north of Lancaster Road.

4. Other Matters to Come Before the Two Boards:

HLRW&SD to draft joint letter to County Commissioners voicing concern about proliferation of septic tanks over aquifer and the potential for contamination.

Director Moore left meeting at 12:00 noon.
