SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

A. Call To Order/Roll Call

Meeting called to order at 10:01 a.m. by President Davis.

Present: Jack Berger, Director/Vice President

Linda Davis, Director/President

Richard Fairhurst, Director/Secretary

Maimie Moore, Director

Excused: Tom Crimmins, Director

Staff Present: Mike Galante, District Manager

Phil Boyd, District Engineer

B. Agenda Items:

1. Twin Lakes Village Water Line Relocation:

Existing 4” water line running through new parking lot will not have enough cover. Line is in dedicated or prescriptive easement. J.U.B. knew water line was there when they designed project. Twin Lakes Golf Course (TLGC) is responsible for lowering line. NKWD minimum size for new pipelines is 8”, but NKWD may pay for enlarging pipeline. TLGC shall not pave until line is lowered.
