A. Call To Order/Roll Call

Meeting called to order at 12:00 p.m. by President Crimmins.

1. Public Hearing – Gozzer Rates:

Opened Public Hearing at 12:30 p.m.

Written Comments:

a. Richard Drake, 22200 N. Dobson Road, Scottsdale AZ 85255 – does not want to pay base rates for vacant lot.

b. Dr. Ivan Kanns (by Fax) – does not want to pay base rates for vacant lot.

c. John H. Mathews, 113 Gary, Cheney WA – does not want to ay base rates for vacant lot.

d. Gozzer Ranch Golf & Lake Club (James Brothers) – wants rates reduced by funding revisions for operation and maintenance as previously proposed by Discovery.

Closed Public Hearing at 12:46 p.m.

2. Adoption of Resolution Setting Rates for Water & Sewer Service in the Gozzer Ranch Service Area:

Pass Resolution #2008-16 setting water & sewer rate structure for Gozzer Ranch at:

Water – Occupied Lots $50.00 base rate, including 15,000 gallons

15,000 – 30,000 gallons at $2.50 per 1,000 gallons

Above 30,000 gallons at $3.80 per 1,000 gallons

Water – Unoccupied Lots $44.75 base rate, including 0 gallons

Sewer – Occupied Lots $50.00 base rate

Sewer – Unoccupied Lots $45.00 base rate

Septic Tank Inspection Fee $100.00 per inspection

Director Weinstein – motion, Director Moore – second.

Approved unanimously.
