SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES – GOZZER TOUR

The tour departed from the NKWD office bound for the Gozzer Ranch. Our first stop was to pick up Jan Gera. Jan is a sales and promotions associate for Discovery Coeur d’Alene Investors.

Jan directed us to one of the finished Cabins. She conducted a tour thru a model unit. This floor plan is one of four that Discovery Builders offers for the Cabin Lots. This plan is the Montgomery. It can also have optional living quarters above the garage.

All Cabins offer hardwood floors, all hardwood shelves, doors and trim. They offer a view of Lake Coeur d’Alene, and face either Hole #18 or Hole #1 on the Gozzer Ranch Golf Course. Discovery charges the owners of these Cabins a fee for grounds maintenance and for checking the interior for heat/cooling, and proper operation of all the internal operating systems of the house. All the current owners are absentee.

From the Cabin we proceeded to the water treatment plant. Mike explained the workings of the water plant and the process that is involved. I also showed the Board the location for the proposed generator.

The next stop was the wastewater treatment plant. The plant was in operation and the Board members saw processed water leaving the plant and pumped to the Golf Course Lake.

After finishing the tour of the facilities we came back to the District office.

The Tour Meeting adjourned to the regular Board meeting with lunch provided.
