Public Hearing - Water Rates and Fees:
Engineer, Attorney, and Manager presented information and justification
for new rate structure, sewer inspection fee, water service installation fee,
inspection fee for new construction, and history of District.

Joy Cassidy questioned historical application of previous fees as they
applied to existing customers costs of subsidizing new development and several
unrelated operational questions.
