SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

A. Call To Order/Roll Call

Meeting opened at 7:00 p.m. at Hayden Lake City Hall by President Crimmins.

Present: Tom Crimmins, Director/President

Richard Fairhurst, Director/Secretary/Treasurer

Alanna Grimm, Director

Jack Hern, Director

Shirley Stoller, Director

Staff Present: Phil Boyd, District Engineer

Mike Galante, District Manager

Mike Ormsby, District Attorney

B. Agenda Items:

1. Informational Meeting – Possibly Provide Domestic Water Service To 4-S Ranch, And, Properties Along Dodd Road, Morgan Lane, Shire Lane, Boot Hill Road, And Potentially Other Areas.

Mike Galante provided history and operational overview of North Kootenai Water District. 4-S Ranch Subdivision initiated request for service and paid for feasibility study.

Phil Boyd outlined expanded project and preliminary costs.

Mike Ormsby outlined annexation process and the procedure for forming a Local Improvement District.

Staff answered questions from visitors.
