A. Call To Order/Roll Call

Meeting called to order at 10:07 a.m. by Vice President Stoller.

B. Agenda Items:

1. Revenue Bond Workshop:

Engineer reviewed rate structure philosophy and 2008 rate increase.

Engineer reviewed revenue bond proposal (projects) and different ways to finance.

2. Executive Session:

Into Executive Session at 1:16 p.m. (Idaho Code 67-2345F).

Director Grimm – motion, Director Stoller – second.

Motion approved unanimously.

Out of Executive Session at 1:47 p.m.

Discussed potential litigation.
