A.        Call To Order/Roll Call

 

Meeting called to order at 12:31 p.m. by Vice President Stoller.

      

               Present:         Richard Fairhurst, Director/Secretary/Treasurer

                                    Alanna Grimm, Director

                                     Jack Hern, Director

                                    Shirley Stoller, Director/Vice President

 

               Excused:        Tom Crimmins, Director/President

                                                                                               

               Staff Present:  Mike Galante, District Manager

                                    Laura McAloon, District Attorney

                     

B.        Agenda Items:

 

1.         Canvassing of the 05/26/09 Annexation Election:

 

Woodland Heights 7th Addition:             one vote – yes

East Seasons Acres:                           two votes – yes

West Hayden Estates:                         one vote – yes

Rimrock Forest Estates                       four votes – yes

Snowberry Court:                                 two votes – yes

Soft Pines Estates:                             No votes cast

 

Pass Resolution 2009-18 affirming election results.

 

Director Hern – motion, Director Grimm – second.

Approved unanimously by those present.
