A Resolution Setting The Monthly Amount Of The Debt Service Surcharge Per Equivalent Residence.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the North Kootenai Water District, that;

WHEREAS, Resolution #2001-06 passed and adopted November 8, 2001, established the Debt Service Surcharge, and;

WHEREAS, the Board reviews and may change the established Debt Service Surcharge at its first meeting in each fiscal year, and;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Debt Service Surcharge, beginning with the October, 2003, billing and continuing until changed by Board Resolution shall be $4.62 per month per equivalent residence;
